Endings herald new beginnings. Life happens in cycles just like the seasons, where each season brings a new freshness, a new hue, a new landscape to savour and be grateful for to mother Gaia.

Every cycle we experience brings in a variety of emotions to be accepted and savoured just like the seasons. Some days it pours blessings, some days we stumble in to puddles, sometimes we get to smell the fragrance of love, kindness and acceptance through people who walk in to our life, showering us with the colourful spring flowers. They bring hope and make us believe in humanity, just like spring which comes after autumn, to let us know that it’s not the end but something new is emerging out of the old!

A new year symbolises a new beginning, giving us the hope for a better PRESENT, not only future, a chance to reflect and take this opportunity to spread our fragrance around and embrace every experience and emotion with love and grace, like mother Gaia.

May this new chapter help each of us to accept and embrace the various hues of life with equanimity, humour and humility as after every night, the sun doesn’t forget to pour its golden sunlight!
